I like to make goals any time of year, not just at the new year. If you are feeling life is getting a bit stale, then try this. Running 1 mile or more a day will be a great way to be ready for your new year goals, help keep the weight down during the month of food and keep your stress level down too. You can start off really slow and easy if it has been a while too.
I got in 3 miles this morning and a tough bike ride tonight and I feel great. Now for a day of reset ( 1 mile ) before my 8-10 mile run Saturday.
