Flippin Sweet Dude

Just got back from a 2 day retreat for the management group for my company.  We spend time up at Snowbird resort, learning from each other.   It was a really good time to see what other departments and divisions are doing, and how they overcame problems and implemented change.  We watched 12 o’clock high and Apollo 13 and discussed the different leadership techniques and ways that they worked out problems.   It was a good way to learn from others, and re-energized me at work.
